Our Return & Payment Policy

Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are only allowed for unopened items.
  • A receipt and valid ID are required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Refunds and exchanges must be done within 15 days of purchase.
  • Perishables, books/magazines, and bulk items are non-refundable/exchangeable.
  • All sales are final on clearance/discounted items.
  • Refunds over $20 will be issued by check once every two weeks.

Payment Policy

  • A valid state driver’s license or photo ID may be required for personal checks.
  • Credit cards (Discover, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) and cash are accepted.
  • All special orders must be paid for in full when the order is placed.
